I have worked in New York City real estate since 2001. It is my profession - but also something I find fascinating and really enjoy.

• Pricing strategy, understanding of The Four Stages of the Real Estate Market Cycle and using comparable projects to show you what led me to this conclusion
• Listing the property on any and all platforms (or not - if you'd prefer it to be marketed more discretely)
• Marketing through traditional (including fantastic photographs and a beautiful floor plan) methods - and also possibly some more innovative ones if they would help buyers better understand your property
• Procuring press coverage for your apartment (unless you say otherwise)
• Analyzing and "leveling" offers for your review, with an understanding of what your board will look for
• Helping you negotiate the best possible price and terms
• Helping you find the best of whatever you need - from attorney to window washer

For Developers

​I worked as Senior Project Manager for some of New York City's pre-eminent developers, including Forest City Ratner Companies and The Hudson Companies.  I have also worked in real estate and land use consulting and municipal government, at HR&A and as a Project Manager for the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

I combine my development and sales experience to help developers perform market analyses and respond to government RFPs and RFQs. 

​I also assist in the selection of finishes for new developments projects.  

For Independent Brokers​​

I help Associate Brokers through the steps required to operate as the Principal Broker of your own firm.  I have been through the license process and timeline myself, and have found all the tools you will need to operate independently. ​

​I assist Family Offices and other real estate portfolio owners to analyze their holdings.  I make sure each property is being used for its highest and best purpose.  I make recommendations based on the goal of the clients, and help implement that strategy.
